In a confirmed deal, a panama vessel of pet coke from Saudi origin (with 9% sulphur) has been sold at $252/t CFR India basis. The cargo is scheduled to reach on the west coast which will arrive by the first week of May 2022. Several cement buyers are back at procuring pet coke amid the elevated thermal coal prices and the tight availability of domestic coal.
